Shipping and Delivery
We pride ourselves on prompt delivery. If a coin is purchased on the website or over the phone and PayPal is the payment method, we will make every effort to send it the following day. Exceptions to this will be when we are at a show, in which case the coin(s) will ship when we return to the office. If check or money order is the payment method, we will deposit the check/money order and ship once payment has cleared.
All of our shipments are USPS Priority mail or FedEx (depending on value) and come with signature conformation. We believe this is the best way to protect all parties from lost or stolen packages. Of course all packages are insured for the full purchase price. Tracking information will also be provided via your website account which will automatically generate a shipping notification email.
All coins we sell come with a no questions asked 5 day return privilege. We simply ask you let us know if a coin is being returned before the five days have expired. The last thing we want is someone to be unhappy with a coin purchase and will gladly issue a prompt refund once the coin is returned.
On a related note, if there is a coin you are upgrading and originally purchased from us, we are always elated to buy back the duplicate coin based upon current market value. Please contact us for further details.
Ordering / Payment
The website accepts payment in the form of PayPal or Check. You can check out simply by using the shopping cart on the website and selecting the preferred payment method. If this method is not preferable, just contact us and we can complete the purchase offline. We are very flexible in this matter.
While we strive to keep the website as current as possible, we reserve the right to correct any pricing, availability, or mistakes that may appear throughout any point of the transaction. Even with our diligent double checking, human nature or a slip of the finger, though rarely, does occur.
All orders and account information can be viewed by logging into your account on the homepage. Once logged in, payment method, shipping information, and invoices are available. Quick links to the specifics are also located at the bottom of the home page under "Acct Links". If you have any questions on how to use this system, please let us know.
Updating Account Information
While all information can be updated through the website with a username and password, we can also make changes through email or by phone.
We are an Authorized Dealer for the leading grading services: PCGS, NGC and CAC. Since we are constantly submitting coins, we know what the grading services are looking for in terms of coins that make a certain grade. Let our eyes be your eyes; we will gladly review your coins for submission and can submit them on your behalf for a nominal fee. Your coins stand a better chance when a professional has screened them before submission, and your coins will be submitted along with ours. Let us know how we can help you. A direct sale is the quickest and easiest way to liquidate your collection. Whether it's a single coin or complete collection, we are willing to make you a quick and fair offer with immediate payment. Consignment Depending on the type and rarity of your coins/collection, we may be able to offer you more for your collection by taking them on consignment. Please contact us for details.
There are advantages and disadvantages to selling your coins/collection via auction. Millions of dollars are consigned to auction each year. Many coins bring exceptional value while most do not. The benefit to selling your coins via auction is the sheer number of collectors/dealers that will have the opportunity to view your coins. Some of the disadvantages of selling your coins via auction is the amount of time between consignment/settlement and buybacks.
